Their unique shock absorbent characteristics help lessen pressure on joints reducing injuries and pains making them great for home gyms, recreation rooms or any place that needs a little ‘cushion’under your feet. They also absorb noise and are ideal for day care centers and kid’s rooms. Team Fitness Tiles come with your favorite MLB, NFL or collegiate team on 6 connecting tiles with 14 additional tiles with corners and edges to make a 45 square foot area.
